Ayşegül Kutay Gündoğan recieved her Bachelor degree in Management from Anadolu University (Turkey) in 2000 and MA degree in Administration and Organisation from Selçuk University (Turkey) in 2008. She served as expert on student and academic staff scholarship programme for graduate degrees between 2000 and 2008 at Council of Higher Education. Then she was assigned as coordinator for Scholarship Project for MA, PHD and Post docrate students (2008-2012) and Faculty Development Programme (2010-2015) at Council of Higher Education. Since 2015, she has been appointed as head of Academic Exchange and Support Programmes Unit at Council of Higher Education.
