Fikriye KARACAMEYDAN was born in Ankara in 1975. Hold's bachelor degree in Econometrics from Gazi Üniversitesi İ.İ.B.F. in (Turkey) in 1997 and MSc from Bozok University in the department of Business and Finance in 2009. She is continuing her PhD education in Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in Banking and Finance. She is an Academic Expert in Gazi University and she has also been working as an Academic Expert in the Department of Recognition and Equivalence Services. The areas of her expertise are econometrics, financial econometrics and European group countries education systems and recognition of foreign institutions in DRES. She has publication of "Forecasting Mutual Fund Net Asset Values Using Artificial Neural Networks" 2012 in Anadolu University Journal of Social Sciences (AÜSBD). She is responsible for Work Pacage 3 in TURQUAS Project. She is married with two daughters.

She is a Head of ENIC/NARIC TURKEY and she has working as Academic Expert in the Department of Recognition and Equivalence Services since 2011.
